Andrew beattie, partner
Andrew works with businesses across the social economy to tell their stories and increase their impact and has 20 years’ experience working nationally and internationally, helping connect people with ideas and build networks.
He joined Wordscape in 2014 after collaborating with Fiona on a pop-up newspaper, The City Tribune, for the International Business Festival. In 2015 Andrew and Fiona co-founded Ethos.
Andrew is Chair of Homebaked CLT and co-dean of micro-granting organisation Awesome Liverpool, which has given monthly £500 grants to support grassroots projects in Liverpool since 2013. He is a former board member of School for Social Entrepeneurs North West and local publisher, Scottie Press. He lives in Walton with his son and two cats.
