Co-owned by Wordscapes, Folken is a free alternative business festival, with a focus on the city and how businesses and individuals coexist within it. Launched in Liverpool in summer 2016, Folken gave the people of the city the opportunity to debate some of the more pressing issues of our time. Folken explored the themes of grassroots business, protecting creative space, the city’s independence, money, and closed with an evening of folk tales.

Wordscapes created the Folken brand and brand guidelines; the website and webcopy, digital marketing as well as social media assets, and helped to manage and run each of the Folken events over the space of three weeks.
