The age of mass-marketed consumer items is showing signs of slowing as more as more people look for high quality, bespoke buys. Local bespoke bag maker The Leather Satchel Company had a great idea for a new piece of tech to help customise the bags it makes, and we worked together a crowdfunding campaign to bring it to life.

Although the satchels were the star, Leather Satchel’s master craftsman Keith Hanshaw was vital to the story – his expertise and the family business’s traditions dating back to the 1960s.

We created written content for the campaign alongside an evocative film; we spoke to journalists and created social media assets, and helped plan a cracking 50th birthday party. And ultimately, the campaign was a success, with TLSC raising over £87,000.
