Baltic Creative CIC has worked tirelessly since 2009 to support Liverpool’s creative and digital sector and during that time, the wider Baltic Triangle area of Liverpool city centre has grown rapidly. It’s regularly named as one of the coolest and best places nationally for independents to live, work and thrive amongst a supportive and collaborative community of like-minded people.

We work closely with Baltic Creative CIC, our landlord, to support its mission and help with creative messaging and content. Following Bloom in May 2024, the summer saw us work together to publish the Baltic Creative Annual Report 2023/2024, collecting the impacts and information about the organisation’s growth and ongoing mission.

Alongside key account data to show investment, revenue growth and other essential milestones, we spoke with a number of tenants and stakeholders to showcase their experiences of being part of this thriving community.
